The story of Copenhagen is a story about a host city with the proven ability to organise successful events in creative, green and beautiful surroundings. For the half marathon the runners will face a fast, flat and scenic course in a festive frame celebration running.
Aprox. 300 elite runners from 72 nations are expected to participate in Copenhagen in 2014. In addition 30,000 recreational runners from Denmark and abroad from 76 nations will also take part in the IAAF/AL-Bank World Half Marathon Championships.
